The members of the SUNRISE Project recently convened during the IEEE PowerTech 2023 Conference in Belgrade for their first progress and review meeting. This meeting served as an opportunity to reflect on past achievements and lay the groundwork for future activities.

Besides, the special session at Conference titled “Powering Together: Insights into Twinning and Capacity Building Projects for Sustainable Power Systems” was delving with advantages and challenges associated with implementing Twinning projects within the context of capacity building. Notably, the SUNRISE Project was showcased during the session, with Leposava Ristic taking the stage to present SUNRISE objectives, activities and impacts.
